Agility As An Organizational Strategy

Kelly Reed, Ph.D.
Managing Director, Global People & Culture Solutions | Lockton

April 9, 2019 | 11:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m

Complex, constant change is the new normal for most organizations. Join us to learn how some of the world’s best companies foster change-agile cultures through intentional practices and designs that enable them to not just survive – but thrive – through ongoing disruption. Session attendees will receive a starter DIY toolkit to help build more adaptive organizations.

About our speaker.  Kelly Reed, Ph.D. leads the Global People & Culture Solutions service line at Lockton which helps organizations worldwide improve their workplace culture, employee experience, and business outcomes via technology-driven solutions, analytics, and consulting. Prior to joining Lockton, Kelly spent over a decade of her career with a boutique management consulting firm in a variety of roles, ultimately as vice president and market leader. She completed her master’s and doctoral degrees in industrial-organizational psychology from Saint Louis University, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Truman State University. Kelly has served in various Board roles for charitable organizations and industry associations in the community. Currently, she is the founder/host of the SIOP (Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology) Conversation Series national broadcast and podcast and is a member of the Programs Committee for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City. Kelly is a graduate of the Civic Council’s Kansas City Tomorrow Program and has been recognized as a NextGen Leader by the Kansas City Business Journal and as one of 100 influential young executives in the nation by the American Business Journal’s list of Influencers: Rising Stars. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, and seeing as much of the world as possible through travel.
