For the first time in history, there is a possibility for five generations to be working within one workplace. In order to accomplish your company’s goals and objectives, it is imperative for you to be able to communicate effectively and respectfully across multiple generations. During this session you will learn about multi-generations in the workplace, why generational differences exist, and hear from the lived experiences of people from several generations. The session will be moderated by Antionette Redmond, Dairy Farmers of America - Program Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
