Today, many companies struggle to fill job vacancies using traditional methods. (Job Fairs, Employment Search Engines, etc.) According to a recent survey conducted by Employ Inc. 88% of HR decision makers believe hiring in 2023 will be more or as difficult as 2022.
Also, 60% of these same decision makers indicate the need to make more hires in 2023. Of course, the challenge lies with extremely low unemployment rates which leave traditional applicant pools unable to fill existing employer demand for new workers. Given the current landscape, HR departments must be adaptable, creative, and efficient to separate themselves from the competition.
