What happens when the world comes to your doorstep? For Kansas City, the 2026 World Cup is more than a sport event, it’ s an opportunity to showcase our city ’ s heart, talent, and hospitality. It’ s an opportunity to put KC on the global map in the best possible way! In this engaging session, Beth draws from her global leadership experience to demonstrate how Cultural Intelligence (CQ) enables HR professionals to foster trust across differences. Attendees will walk away inspired and equipped with tools to help their organizations not just welcome the world, but build stronger, more inclusive workplaces in the process. 

About the Speaker:

 Beth Lenherr, PCC, is an executive coach, speaker, and facilitator with over 20 years of HR and leadership experience. A former Director of Talent Management at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, she helps high performing leaders and teams build trust, strengthen team dynamics, increase EQ & CQ (Cultural Intelligence), and achieve sustainable success. Known for her warm, grounded presence and ability to challenge with clarity and compassion, Beth empowers leaders to grow with confidence and connection.
