Jeremy Gray is the founder and Principal Consultant of Noble Consulting LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned management consulting firm, and the creator of The Noble Journey - a proprietary leadership devleopment methodology build around three pillars: Pepole, Process, and Performance.  

Jeremy brings a rare blend of credentials and lived experience to the stage. He holds a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, served as a U.S. Army Master Instructor, and is Maxwell Leadership Certified (Executive + Mentorship), a Maxwell Certified DISC Trainer & Coach, and a member of the Maxwell President's Advisory Council. His recent client work spans Fortune 500 and mid-market organizations including Thales, Church & Dwight, Milbank Manufacturing, Custom Truck Manufacturing, and the Kansas City VA Hospital — across industries from manufacturing and healthcare to higher education, nonprofit, and government.
