Lead Yourself First™ challenges the idea that leadership is situational and instead reframes it as a whole-person practice. Through real-life stories and grounded insight, this keynote shows how self-leadership under pressure is the foundation for better communication, stronger relationships, and more consistent decision-making-at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

This session helps leaders stop giving their power away to circumstances and start leading with clarity, intention, and alignment in every room they enter. 

Kori Bloom is a high-energy keynote speaker, author, and leadership coach who shares real-life experiences and lessons that resonate across every room. With more than two decades of experience across business, education, and leadership development, Kori guides leaders to lead with clarity, alignment, and intention. Her story-driven approach bridges personal leadership and professional performance, strengthening self-leadership, improving communication under pressure, and helping build cultures rooted in trust and accountability.
