Creativity or Captivity?

Developing an Intentional Culture Where People Thrive

Presented by
Frank Keck
International Speaker and Author

August 14, 2018 | 11:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m | Grand Street Cafe

Today’s workplaces tend to be either a place of creativity or a place of captivity.  Which one is yours?

Driven by the Millennial generation, Intentional Workplace Culture is now a necessity.  If you want to attract the best people, they want and need a place where they can thrive, a place where they can express their creativity, not a place of captivity.

Workplace culture is just like a garden. When we don’t pay attention to our culture, certain items and elements will grow, just like weeds in a garden.  Learn how to identify what weeds are in your garden (culture) and which tools to use to cultivate that garden so that your plants (people) cannot just grow, but THRIVE!

In this workshop, we will share with you some of that secret sauce needed to create an intentional culture where people thrive.

A culture of Creativity, not Captivity.

At the end of this workshop, you will:

·      Discover Ghost Values - what they are, why you have them, and how they are destroying your culture.

·      Become aware of some of the Ghost Values that are alive and well in your culture.

·      Learn the Key Components of an Intentional Culture.

·      Learn the Three Stages of an Intentional Culture.

·      Receive two Intentional Culture Development Tools that you can take back and use immediately.

·      Have fun, meet someone new, and get re-energized for the month to come!

About the speaker. Frank Keck, CEO, who has worked in corporate training, management and organizational development for over 17 years.
