HR's Role in Employee Financial Wellness

Presented by Chelsea Laub|President | Crossroads Wealth Management

October 22, 2018 | 7:30-9:00 a.m. | McCownGordon Construction

This session will serve 2 purposes. For the first half, we will do an overview of financial wellness. During this time, we will discuss tips & tricks around budgeting, credit, risk, investing, retirement planning, and your company’s role. Because there is typically a gap between where a company’s benefits/401k education leaves off and planning for individual goals picks up, we will spend the rest of our time discussing the importance of financial wellness education, and how to implement them with your employer. Additionally, we will discuss the impact of employees not being able to retire on time, being stressed & unhealthy, and the potential financial impact of financially insecure employees.
